I am a 25 years old girl I am planning to move to Dubai. I am interested in getting an apartment for rent in jbr instead of living in hostel. But I read somewhere that if you are searching a flat in Dubai, you have to be with your wife or have a certificate of marriage. Is that right? What are the rules and regulations?
