John deere 27 zts engine swap

Hey guys, new to the forum. I have been searching and can't find what I'm looking for. So my latest dilemma is a deere 27 zts I recently purchased with a bad motor. It has one bad rod journal that i may still try to have repaired if i can find someone who will but cost wise i may go another route. Which leads to my question, does anyone know if any other engines will accept the bell housing from the isuzu 3ld1 that i have now. These small 3 cylinder diesels all seem to have a similar looking bell housing but i cant find any specs to check bolt patterns. I can get a yanmar 3tvna72 or mitsubishi 3le used for as much as I will have in parts. I know someone has to of swapped engine makes in these minis before. Any replies are greatly appreciated
