JLG400S Not Running right after Washing

I have a 2007 JLG 400S dual fuel machine which I decided to wash late last week. After washing the machine controls will no longer function. I am able to drive the machine forwards and backwards but not able to steer. I am also unable to get the boom to go up or down, swing the basket... As I believe this is a water problem I have blown the water out of the harness's and solenoids. I have also swapped all solenoid's with no luck. After sitting for 2 full days the machine has not made any progress from drying out more. Thoughts or Suggestions?
