Loegering VTS Vibration - JD 332E

Hello guys, I recently purchased a John Deere 332E Skid Steer and a Refurbished VTS Track system. I ran the skit steer on wheels for about a month and finally got around to installing the VTS on. Immediately the skid steer started to vibrate a lot. Its not violent but the windows do shake and at one point had the front door unlatch on me. Is this vibration common with the VTS? Or might something be wrong with mine. I called VTS but they said to expect some vibration due to the type of rubber im using. I'm looking for any info from those that do ran or have ran the VTS Tracks.
