Starting problems

I recently replace the engine wire harness of Case 650k, series I. The relays and fuses are new. The machine not starter with the Key. I check the red wire in the starter and have 12V, but the white wire not have signal when I started with the key. I re check all harness and connector and are ok. To start the I have to jump the starter.
