Genie TMZ 50/30 issues any help appreciated

Hello I bought a Genie Towable Boom 1999 TMZ 50/30 a month ago, "as is". S/N 5099-85. It worked great for a week and then started malfunctioning. Platform controls don't work at all. Ground control only works when: (1) I power up via Red button and before two seconds I press pump speed/function/engine key all together (weird to press engine key because this one's electric). I can only get one function to work at a time, but as example the raise main boom will not stop until I hit the red button. Then I have to go through the process of powering up and pressing the three buttons again. IF I DON"T HIT THE ENGINE KEY at the same time, then the pump will only run for a split second, move whichever part about six inches, and then stop. Previous owner replaced the board as it is the blue version (both the communication and CPU board). Any ideas? I have a lot of work to do and need it to work. Also, I cannot get local dealers to call me back. Thank you.
