Atlas 1804 wheeled excavator shut off and won't start

I have a 1999 serial no. 283 m 6417 with a deutz motor. Over heating light came on oil and water. I changed oil persure washed radators and fount v belts loose and changed them. After trying it out i ran machine for a half hour lights came on. So i was pulling it out of the way and it shut off. I was going to take radator out to get it flushed and check thermostat. But now it cooled down and warning lights on and can't start it to do the repairs. Does and one know if there is a reset button and how i can start it? Book says warning light buzzer sounds and pressure switch on engine ( filter console) if that helps. Thanks
