2004 jcb 212s wheels out of alignment

Looking at purchasing a 2004 jcb 212s with low hours machine is in good shape but I could see after running it that the front and rear tires where out of alignment after running it for a while. It appeared that the steer cycliders where not leaking. Wondering what else could cause this/ is it a expensive fix. Thanks
