Bobcat 853 bucket not working

My bobcat 853 moves forward and backward BUT the bucket controls do not work (up/down/tilt). Bobcat interlock control system lights are on for
1-system activated
2-seat bar and
3- traction
however the
Light for the valve for the bucket up/down/tilt is blinking.
Any suggestions?
