I had a bolt vibrate out of bottom of my injector pump,it goes in on the triangular mounting flange. Could not find original so ordered replacement from dealer After receiving it I installed it and tightens it up and as I did I noticed change in engine rpm, assumed it was due to fluid pressure since fuel was leaking from this hole...well I tightens it down and it caused engine to stall. What I wasn't aware of is the flange and two stage washer is to lock bolt in outward position or inward to lock pump shaft via the figure 8 shaped washer. Long story short it will not crank now,fuel all the way to pump bleeding screw but nothing out of high pressure side of pump....opened small rectangular side cover while turning engine over and see not internal parts moving. Any help as to what may have happens and what I must do to resolve problem please help....this has humbled me because I have been a tech for 20 years in Automotive world and should have known better...got in a rush and it bit me.
