98 379 to 389 cab swap

I have a 98 379 ultra cab with a 60 series, im looking for info on swapping the entire cab onto my 98 chassis. If i get a new cab set up for a 60 series withe older ecm will it control the gauges, ac, heat, windows an so on. Any info would be appreciated . Thanks
