I have a Volvo l220e that will not start. Only error is reduced computer function. All fluids good. Before it stopped working, it shock and white smoke came from exhaust. Paid Volvo 600 to come down and hook it to their computer for diagnosis. It isn't showing any codes. Volvo guy is stumped. Any ideas?
