Case 1150g sn jjg0257313 with 3850 hrs. showing. The left steering brake is a lot weaker than the right brake. Can this issue be fixed with an adjustment or will it need major repairs and if it can be adjusted will I need special tools? Can anyone tell me what year this dozer was manufactured? Thanks for any help.
