Hello to all out there seeking valuable information. I have this little problem with my Hitachi EX200-2 machine power modes I.L.E.P RMP range. Whenever I start the machine and select the L and E power range the machine rev lower than it should making it difficult to work in these modes. Now this is what bordering me if I select P mode the machine will rev to the correct rpm and from this stage all other modes will work correctly. if you turn of the machine the problem return and will have to select the P mode first in order to get the L and E to function properly.
You will from older post see the things I did to get this machine to work and this is one of the problem I had back then and decided that I will tackle as soon as the machine could pay to take of itself. I know you can buy faulty new parts but I need to know how to go about testing this problem. I also have a Dr. EX. which shows that all my sensor are good and no false code from the controllers.
Could the EC sensor, throttle motor and cable or EC controller cause this problem. The machine is working I just like things function correctly around me.
