Hyundai boom not going up or down and everything else weak

Hi all hope someone can help. I have a Hyundai 300lc-9s. Has been working with out interruption until now. The problem is the boom won't go up and down on command and you can hear that the engine is loading when you try activate it via the joystick. Occasionally it moves maybe an inch or so. All the other functions are working but are labor ring the engine but they work. Any ideas?
