I am trying to find any information I can about a spare part that I have lying around. The label reads as such;

Now, as far as I can tell, this part belongs on a Terex T100 dump truck, but i've not had much fortune trying to find out its value or what purpose it is. Of course, I cannot take a look inside the box as I intend to sell it and would like to leave it unopened. Any help would be appreciated, thank you/
