kobelco 115 boom hydrolic issue

hi all need some help lil baffled here it (machine) has been sitting and needed to replace swing drive when done I started it up and fired right up after 2 yrs now the boom creaps up and no down unless I shut it off and hold pilot contron in down position any ideas would be great
