T-190 steering problems

Have a T-190 that seems to operate normally until you try turning. Straight Forward and backwards operates fine, raises and lowers fine, but when turning to the left or right it sound like the hydraulics are whining or cavatating, and the control levers jerk and become harder to move. Any help or advice would be appreaciated. 2013 t-190 2500hrs
