Got a little situation.
TL140 around 2004 year model track machine quit running next to a creek about 10 yard from the waters edge.
I would like to move it up another 10 - 20 yards to higher ground just in case the creek rises over the next week.
Have a mechanic coming to look at it but he cant get there till end of week.
Neighbor has a bulldozer and is willing to come hook up a chain and drag it.
I am just wanting to make sure I don't create a bigger problem by dragging it.
it is on a mud road and its extremely wet right now. The dozer should be able to drag it with ease and there should not be much friction between the tracks and the ground.
Curious as to your thoughts about trying to drag the machine and what cons may exists.
