503A Galion brake issues

Recently bought a Galion 503A with hydraulic brakes that do not work. Tried getting the drums off. Made a puller to go across 2 of the studs and screws against the spindle. We soaked the spindle with penetrating oil and heated the drum around the spindle. Applied pressure while hitting the drum with a sledge. All we did was bend the puller.

I am open to suggestions if anybody has some.
