excavator/drainage tile/spoon/bullseye6/lr60

I've been fixing drainage tile in my fields with a cat 307 and the tile manufacturer has been recommending using a spoon on the bucket to have solid sidewalls in the trench. Can a bullseye3/lr60 system be helpful when using a bucket spoon? If it works like advertised it would make it easier to hold grade and you wouldn't need a stick man.
