JD 200CLC Fuel Temp Sensor Issue

When I get to the machine in the morning, machine runs great for about 30 minutes before throwing a check engine light that will flash (machine immediately looses all power nearly shutting off like it's starving for fuel), then the engine light will go off and the machine will pick back up to full power. This cycle repeats every minute for the rest of the day until you let it sit again. Had Deere technicians hook up to the computer, and the computer had logged a Fuel Temperature Sensor code....
