2012 Kobelco SK Mark 9-Throwing a Code

This machine is throwing a Def Injector Code and it is slowing down the performance of the Machine, it will barely move. We have had the Def Injector Program reset by Dealer 3 times already.
What seems to be our problem and what can we do to fix this?
