Genie Z45/22 Turntable rotates to fast

I just bought a 95 Genie boom lift. The turntable rotates to fast from the platform both ways. From the ground switch it is fine. The rotate is on a handle with a boom up-down also. I checked resistance on the potential pots? On both of these and they seemed close, the up and down works right. Any ideas where to start? Serial # Z-45-002457 Thanks for any help. Tom
