JOHN DEERE 410B

JOhn Deere 410 b when first crank espicially cold. It takes along time to get it moving. Ususally put downriggers down and put in forward and let sit for awhile until gets rolling. Any ideas on what is the problem. when it gets warmed up it shifts good forward and backward and all gears. Im sure the reverser and transmission filter havnt been changed. Will they have an effect on this problem
