Hitachi 120 starter question

First, a public service announcement. If you park your hoe so that it's easy to climb in and out it will make it a lot tougher to access the starter. I had to break my arm in two places to get at the lower bolt.

I probably need a new starter. Looking online I can get a new Rareelectric unit from Amazon shipped for $270.00. This outfit gets no love from the BBB, but Amazon pretty much forces all their suppliers to make the customer happy.
Or, for an extra 100 dollars I can get a Wilson...
