jd 190e problems

hey guys im new to the site. i have a 98' deere 190e excavator and i am having problems getting it to rev properly. it will only rev to 3/4 throttle in the power mode and it does some other crazy stuff. this problem started after i rebuilt the hydralic pump and drives me crazy to have to get out and pull the throttle arm by hand to make it run wide open. any help on this issue will be greatly appreciated thanks.
