Bobcat 873 brake issues... I think

I recently bought a bobcat skid steer. It has been working great but yesterday it suddenly started acting like the brake was locking up on it. It will crank and run fine but then go about 6-10 feet and suddenly lock up and if you do not back off on the handle will shut off and will not move again until you shut it off and restart it, and then the same thing 6-10 feet and it locks up again.
