Hell all. First post here.
Last year I picked up a 1990 Ford 260C from an Orchard auction.
Tractor is in pretty good shape but does have some small flaws.
I an just a home owner so it is Kinda overkill but I use the loader to its max capacity for picking things up and moving them around.
Anyway, why I am posting..... When doing loader work for 30min to an hour the tractor looses forward / reverse sometimes.
By that I mean I can dig into a pile of dirt and when I shuttle into reverse, I have nothing. Like it is in neutral. I shift back to forward and still nothing. I have to shut tractor off and restart it to regain my forward/reverse.
Suggestions?
