My customer has a problem where the machine tracks and then all of a sudden one track locks up, we swop the pump delivery and the problem moves to the other track. The pump has been reconditioned in the workshop and both the pumps deliver 350 bar on test with around 40 liters flow at this pressure. On the machine the computer only shows 160 bar pressure. The customer had a previous pump failure and had the pump previously repaired, he also stripped out all the components to clean the debris out, ever since then his machine has had this issue. Can anybody advise? :rolleyes::confused:
