My swing brake seems to work perfect for all parts of the swing cycle most of the time , some times it sounds like it drags a bit at low engine RPM but not enough to concern me . When filling the bucket today from one side of a large stockpile ,as the machine was forced away from the heap , the brake was tearing . If I move the swing lever towards or away from the stockpile by a little or a lot ,then the brake comes off and no tearing . The brake release is powered by 2 lines , 1 from the main spool valve block and 1 from the solenoid block . It needs pressure in both lines to release as far as I know . Does anyone have labeled diagram for the solenoid block or could anyone explain that side of the system . There is letters labeling the ports on the block but they are double dutch to me . The lines into the block are a bit random also . Please help .
