2007 John Deere CT322 won't start.

I'm working on a 2006 John Deere CT322 that won't start. It was running fine when it up and died out and hasn't started since.

I removed the fuel line that runs from the water separator to the cylinder head to verify that it was actually getting fuel, which it is. I'm not familiar with the fuel system on this thing so I'm unsure of the best way to proceed from here.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I need to get it running by tomorrow if at all possible.
