Has any one had shift valve problems with a d3b I rebuilt clutch packs and air checked worked good new tourqe was low on psi so took pump off it was really really bad but still no psi I get about 80 psi in all gears revers or forward the oil pools out of the top of the valve is that normal any info or ideas would be appreciated
