Bobcat sunstrand m46 tandem hydraulic pump

Anyone ever repaired one of these? I have weak pressure in forward directon on right side of machine.

All lines capped off on right side .
4000psi in reverse, 1800 in forward. I have checked all the relief valve and swapped them around no change.

I'm not afraid to tear into it , if anyone knows what to look for.
