john deere 310c backhoe has delay in hydraulics jerky weak

i have a john deere 310c backhoe.
owner operator.
it has about 7000 plus hours on it.
i did a job last November in a super super drought dusty environment. if anyone remember 2016 november drought in southeast?
anyways....on that job..i had a main hose bust underneath the floorboard. a big fat hose.
i replaced the hose with a new one from Napa.
I made sure to check that the hose had no debris or obstruction.
