Kubota D1402 freeze plug size and block heater location

My Kubota D1402 has freeze plugs on both sides of the block .....2 or 3 on each side I think. Are they all the same size as the ones in the front/back of the head and can I put the Zerostart 1-3/8 diameter block heater in any of them??

The Zerostart heater I got is 1-3/8 (35MM)
