Volvo a25 6x6 need a lil help..

The A25 has no serial number tag .. owner thinks its 4 digits starts with 8 _ _ 8 ..
Engine number I found is TD71K...288..43609...The heads are both badly cracked in injector ports and Owner doesn't have a parts book and Volvo is asking a lot for 2 heads
Is there anyone that has aftermarket or reconditioned heads ?
