Hyundai / Case CX37C track grease point alignment !

Ive just gone to tension the tracks on my Hyundai Robex 35z-7a (Case CX37C) excavator and when i remove the access cover I discover that the grease nipples have moved and are now pointing upward (about 12 o'clock) and are no completely out of reach ! There is no way I can access them as they are within the frame now.
Its happened on both sets of tracks.
Im guessing this shouldnt be able to happen and that I now have a serious problem ?
