336 cat

I'm working on a 336, the impliments won't lower, so i thought i would replace the acumalator and still has the same problem. i start the machine and run it for a few seconds then i shut it off and turn the key back on and making sure i engage the pilot lockout.

anyone got any ideas as to what i can check? i pull the check valve on the polit manifold and all looked good there.
