I am curious how equipment is distributed among a typical earthmoving staff. In other words, does everyone tend to be able to "run everything" but fit into their own piece of equipment? Is it a seniority thing, ability, etc? And what are the most talent demanding operations? My guess would be start on rock trucks and loaders then everyone wants to operate the shovel?? Dozers? Graders? Just curious how the typical hierarchy works. Your thoughts?
