215 Cat

I have a 215LC, 96L02812, that has no power while traveling and turning. All operations will still function while traveling, swing, bucket, boom, which is not suppose to happen with a 215 when it is in full travel. I thought it might have been the swivel, but now I'm thinking it might be the turn and direction control or pilot valve. Thanks for any information or recommendations.
