I have been fighting intermittent issues with our 2007 JD 200CLC for several months. The first issue is a injector issue. One time when you start it, it will run smooth. When you turn the engine off and restart it may run rough like an injector not firing. It may take a few attempts of turning off and restarting to get it to run smooth again.
