what type of Hoisting license will i need ?

i live in Massachusetts. my job has a new job opening up next month and i want to apply but on the application it states that i will need a " Hydraulic hoisting license " what type of hoisting license would i need and how do i go about that ? the company i work for will no longer have contractors , they bought bobcats , couple trucks with some plows. any information would be appreciated
