Cat 416c No Throttle Response HELP?!?!?!

I have a 416c. I bought it 3 months ago worked great until yesterday while i was running the hoe the throttle started bogging down then when i put it in gear i have no throttle response. if i put it in neutral it bogs until i reach 1200 to 1300 rpms then the throttle is very responsive but as soon as i go below that it takes a minute before it revs up...and when i put it in gear i get nothing. wont even pull itself bogs down to around 5 to 6 thousand rpms
