EX120, acting up, not running correctly

I responded with this on another thread, but then thought better of piggy backing someone else's thread. Figured I needed to post a new thread and there may very well be two separate issues with these machines.

My EX120 is acting up. I thought mine was a fuel delivery issue and I am still not convinced that it is not a fuel issue.
I have a EX120-2, a couple of weeks ago, I found that one issue that I was having appeared to be that the fuel shut off cable was partially pulled restricting...
