komatsu pc160-7 start up problem

hello, i own a 2007 komatsu pc160-7, when i turn my machine off while it hot it doesn't start back unless it cools down. i dont think its a overheating issue. even if i prime the injection pump it still doesn't start up. also i dont kno if it is linked but if the machine is idle and the auto deceleration come on, or i turn the rev down, when i turn the rev back up the machine dies out when any lever is pulled which almost always turns the machine off. i would have to slighty touch the lever...
