komatsu pc160-7 swing lock

hello, i own a 2007 komatsu pc160-7 and almost every morning when i start the machine up it takes atleast 15-30 mins befor it swings. i just purchased the machine used and the monitor's lcd is damaged so i cant read any codes. does anybody know what might cause this problem? when i it rains over night it takes much longer before it could swing. everything else works fine at start up. when i turn the lever i could hear the hydraulic coming on. when the automatic rev is activated and the swing...
