Hitachi EX55UR

Having an issue with my mini excavator. Blew a hydraulic line in the boom. Repaired it and now it seems to be starving for power. The pump seems to be taxed under light operation. The only "normal" function is the left track. That seems to be working as it always did. Everything else seems to be weak. Changed the smaller fluid filter which was quite dirty and the larger looked pretty clean. Any ideas???? Thanks in advance. Scott
