I need to know if my MF 3165R Perkins 4 cylinder Instant-reverse Industrial loader will accept a bullet-nose starter.....
It is a Lucas starter, with a stamped RF15 Number and is 12V, that I wish to fit.
The original starter motor was a different type, with an internal solenoid and a more or less flush (to the attachment bolt holes)non protruding bend cog, with no outrigger bearing, which came from an MF 165 manual.
