someone tried to steal my samsung excavator. they cut wires in the fuse panel, tried to hot wire it but was unsuccessful..ive done what i could without drawings....i installed two new batteries, as soon as i install last battery cable voltage drops from 16 vdc to 2.3 vdc quickly. i can remove small wire from starter and voltage stays constant..cannot get any voltage to fuse console or key switch....and is it a positive ground? if so what is the correct way to wire it...i need wiring diagrams...
